On April 11, Lakewood Fire Department was requested for structural protection in the Borough of Lakehurst. Engines 1 and 6 led by Chief 1 were in Lakehurst from 10:45 until 2:30am. Initially assigned to a staging area near the Eisenhower Circle they were later deployed to St John’s Catholic Church until released by Command.
