The Lakewood Board of Fire Commissioners along with Fire Chief Jonathan Yahr, is pleased to announce the appointment of volunteer firefighters Michael Muratore and Louis Nazzaro. In addition, we are proud to announce the administering of the Oath of Office to Career Firefighter Brian R. Ruffus. Firefighter Ruffus was hired in November and recently graduated from the Fire Academy. These significant appointments have taken place over the past few months, with the official Oath of Office ceremonies held during recent Board of Fire Commissioner meetings.

The Lakewood Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners, along with Lakewood Fire Department Fire Chief Jonathan Yahr, continue to seek individuals who have a desire to serve the Lakewood Community.
