Fire Department Appoints New Volunteer Firefighter

The Lakewood Board of Fire Commissioners along with Fire Chief Jonathan Yahr, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new volunteer firefighters, Rolando J. Olivarez, and Alexander Palacio. The appointments were confirmed at the Board of Fire Commissioners meeting on Monday, January 8, 2024, where they were sworn in with honor and commitment.

The Lakewood Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners, along with Lakewood Fire Department Fire Chief Jonathan Yahr, continue to seek individuals who have a desire to serve the Lakewood Community.
