RIP Lawrence “Larry” Patterson

It is with deep regret that Chief of Department, Jonathan Yahr along with the Lakewood,NJ Fire Department announce the passing of Lawrence “Larry” Patterson, former volunteer member of Hook and Ladder Co #1.

Larry was a police officer for 29 years with the Lakewood Police Department, retiring as a Sergeant in 2010.

Larry is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Karen Patterson; his children, Robert Patterson and his wife Erin; and Katie Patterson.

Larry was a kind and caring person who will be missed by all who knew him.

Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
